Welcome…

I am an artist, movement guide, creativity facilitator and curious soul and nomad. I value creativity, community and curiosity. (Samavesa: weave tantric philosophy with embodied movement, mantra and meditation, while awakening their own creative power to curate captivating embodied yoga classes with depth and integrity. Because we are an online embodied yoga school, our in person retreats and immersions are always carefully)

I facilitate movement, yoga ultimate teacher and nature as my guide,

(Rewrite my yoga page for my website: I want to say that i facilitate yoga and meditation practices, rooted in play and curiosity-led. I want to include that i teach from a non dual tantric perspective, somatics, embodiment and sacred song are included. I want to include that my love of art and nature are my spiritual practices and trickle over onto the mat. I want the tone to be very poetic. I want to emphasis the need to teach with compassion and awareness for ones own body and community. I am deeply inspired by nature and the mystery and undeniable divinity of our own aliveness and yoga is a way to live with as much awareness and reverence of this mystery as i can. I want to name my teachers, as I began my teacher training in hatha yoga with Laura Gilmore of bristol School of yoga, was inspired into vinyasa and heart-led movement with Meghan Currie, Elemental yin yoga with Persia Juliet, then fell in love with embodiment and Somatics completing a 300hour with Samavesa Yoga. Non dual Tantra studies with Tova Olsen and embryology and mind body centering with Bonnie bainbrige-cohen.)

I facilitate yoga and meditation practices rooted in play, curiosity, and deep reverence for the mystery of life. My teachings are inspired by a non-dual tantric perspective, somatics, embodiment, and sacred song, inviting you to explore the divine aliveness within.

Yoga, for me, is a way of living with awareness and reverence for the sacredness of being. It is a reflection of my love for art, nature, and the profound interconnectedness that flows through all of us. These passions guide me on the mat and in my life.

Compassion and mindfulness are at the heart of my teaching. I encourage a deep, listening awareness of your body, honoring its wisdom and needs, while fostering a connected, supportive community.

My journey began with Hatha yoga under Laura Gilmore at the Bristol School of Yoga, followed by Vinyasa with Meghan Currie, Elemental Yin Yoga with Persia Juliet, and a 300-hour Embodiment and Somatics training with Samavesa Yoga. Further studies in Non-Dual Tantra with Tova Olsen, and Embryology and Mind-Body Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen, continue to shape my path.

I invite you to join me in this dance of discovery, where we honor our bodies, each other, and the sacred mystery of life.
